Do you service all of Miami-Dade County?
Yes. We cover the entire Miami-Dade County, from Homestead in the south to Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach in the north. Whether you're in Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or Key Biscayne, we come to you.
How quickly can I get an appointment in Miami?
Same-week appointments are usually available. Miami-Dade clients typically get scheduled within 2–3 business days. We have availability on weekdays and select weekends.
Is the on-site setup worth it vs. remote?
For Miami clients, on-site is a strong choice. We handle your network configuration — router settings, firewall rules, DNS — which is much easier to do in person. You also get a face-to-face walkthrough and the ability to ask questions in real time. For clients who value their time and want it done right the first time, the premium over remote is worth it.
I'm in Brickell — can you park easily?
Brickell is one of our most common service areas. We know the area well and can advise on parking when booking your appointment. Building valet or street parking near your unit works fine — we confirm parking details when scheduling.
Do you service Miami Beach?
Yes. We regularly service clients in Miami Beach, South Beach, and the surrounding islands. The Mac Mini setup works identically on Miami Beach — the only difference is getting across the causeway. We schedule accordingly.
What if I'm in Coral Gables or Kendall?
Both are well within our service area. Coral Gables and Kendall are common areas for us — residential setups are straightforward and we typically finish in 2–3 hours. We confirm access details (gate codes, building礼) when booking.
