Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any SetClaude service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Cuanto Labs LLC ("the Provider," "we," or "us").

SetClaude provides professional OpenClaw setup, configuration, and installation services. This includes: • Initial assessment of your hardware and infrastructure • Installation and configuration of OpenClaw and its dependencies • Integration with messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, email, etc.) • Initial agent configuration and walkthrough • Post-setup support for a limited period as specified in your chosen tier All services are performed remotely, either via scheduled screen-share sessions or through direct access credentials you provide.

All pricing is clearly stated on setclaude.com at the time of purchase. • Fees are one-time payments unless otherwise explicitly stated • Payment is due before setup begins — we do not begin work until payment is received • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified • We accept bank transfer, Zelle, and other methods as agreed upon in writing Invoices are sent via email. Late payments may result in work suspension until payment is received.

Each service tier includes a set number of revisions during the active setup phase: • Up to 3 revisions are included at no additional charge • Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at $30 per revision • A "revision" is defined as a reasonable change to the agreed-upon configuration requested after initial delivery • Scope changes (e.g., adding an entirely new integration) are not revisions — they require a new agreement and may incur additional fees We will notify you before proceeding with any chargeable revision.

You may cancel your service at any time before setup begins. • Cancellations requested before setup begins: full refund, no questions asked • Cancellations requested after setup has begun but before delivery: partial refund, prorated based on work completed • After final delivery and walkthrough: no refunds — please ensure you are satisfied during the session We reserve the right to cancel service at our discretion. In the event we cancel, you will receive a full refund. To cancel, email eliran@cuantolabs.com with your name and the service tier purchased.

Your data remains on your machine. We do not store, log, or have access to your OpenClaw conversations, files, or agent memory after your setup session ends. Any credentials or API keys you share are used solely for the purpose of configuring your setup. We do not retain them after completion unless you explicitly request otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access that occurs on your machine or infrastructure • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data, machine, and OpenClaw configuration. We recommend regular backups before and after your setup session.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to: • Abusive or harassing behavior toward our team • Requests to configure illegal, harmful, or malicious systems • Non-payment or fraud • Requests that violate our ethical standards If we terminate service for cause, no refund will be issued.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
