Yes. Aventura falls within Miami-Dade County, which is at the heart of our South Florida service area. We routinely set up clients in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, and the surrounding north Miami-Dade communities.
Fort Lauderdale is in Broward County — one of our primary service areas. We have clients across Broward from Oakland Park to Hillsboro Beach. On-site appointments in Fort Lauderdale typically run 2–3 hours and include a full walkthrough.
Yes. Our Palm Beach County coverage extends from Delray Beach and Boynton Beach in the south through West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter in the north. On-site service is available throughout the county.
Same-week appointments are available for most of South Florida. We typically have slots within 2–3 business days for Miami-Dade and Broward. Palm Beach County appointments may take 3–5 business days depending on scheduling. Remote setup (Tier 2) is available faster if urgency is critical.
For most clients, yes. On-site means we handle your network configuration directly — router settings, firewall rules, DNS — things that are difficult to walk someone through on a call. You also get a face-to-face walkthrough and the ability to ask questions in real time. For clients who value that, the $1,130 difference over Tier 2 is well worth it.
Both Tier 2 (remote) and Tier 3 (in-person) are available to you. If you're within 30 minutes of our Broward team, in-person is a strong option. If you prefer to watch and learn during the setup, Tier 2 remote gives you that — you still see everything via screen-share.
Yes. For teams or co-founders who want setup on multiple machines in a single session, we offer a group rate. Additional machines are $150 each if done in the same on-site appointment. Contact us before booking to arrange.
Tier 2 (Remote) is available nationwide — and globally. We use a screen-share session, so location doesn't matter. Tier 3 is South Florida only. Tier 1 (Hosted) is available anywhere in the world.
